Book easily your travel (cancellation) insurance

A trip and / or a travel (cancellation) insurance can easily be booked at Mextrotter. We offer the following possibilities:

• Cancellation insurance for the flight: 6% extra on the price of the flight.
• Cancellation insurance for the land arrangement of the tour (part of the land, without flight): 3% on top of the total price of the tour (20% own risk) and 4% on top of the total price of the tour (0% own risk).

The insurance(s) need to be paid before arrival. In case you decide to pay your tour afterwards, you will have to pay the costs for the insurance before your tour starts (together with the price of the flight if applicable).

In case you book the cancellation insurance for the land arrangement, their terms apply instead of our cancellation terms mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, nr. 4.1 on this website. 

A short notice in the email in which you confirm your booking with us is sufficient information for us to arrange your insurance(s).
